Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible to return the product within 14 days of your order’s arrival at your address.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning products. The only exception is if the incorrect size or color was sent; in such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Condition of returned items

All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims, returns, refunds, or repairs. Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

Returns

  1. Place the product in the original product box and shipping box as you received it.
  2. Complete the return form and include it in the box with your items. A return form should be included in your original shipment;
    if missing, you can download one [here].
  3. Affix the return label to the outside of the box.

For returns from outside the European Union, please mark your shipment as “Return to Sender” and declare the value
at 1 EURO.

4. Drop off your return package at a postal or courier service location. Please retain the shipping receipt and ask for a tracking number. Then, email this tracking number to us at contact@movelikecheetah.com.

5. The customer bears the responsibility for the return shipment.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
